About Sara Milan

Sara attended Texas A&M University where she received a Bachelor of Science in University Studies – Global Arts, Planning, Design and Construction, with minors in Art and Communication.   After beginning a career in graphic design, Sara decided to follow her interest in immigration law and became a key member of our team at Sparks Law.  Her passion for helping families navigate the immigration legal process is influenced by her own family’s experiences as immigrants.

Given her expert-level language skills, in both English and Spanish, and her genuine concern for the safety and the futures of immigrant families, Sara has become the glue of our office.  She serves each of our clients with respect and care for their well-being.  With understanding of the fear and anxiety undocumented persons experience in the U.S., she finds great satisfaction in her work and most enjoys contacting clients to give them life changing news, whether it is the issuance of a work permit, social security card, or green card.   Sara has worked with numerous clients seeking residency, including military families seeking parole in place.

Sara is now a master level paralegal and an office manager at Sparks Law.  In addition to her work on complex legal matters, for example, she ensures that all client money intended for the government is secure and accounted for at all times.

Sara is a talented artist and designer, and she greatly enjoys photography.
